We earn only when you mine—our 15% management fee is a share of the Bitcoin your rig produces, so it grows only when your rig does. Your Service Fee is separate: power and operations at cost, billed on the energy your rig uses, not on what it earns. That keeps our incentives perfectly in sync with yours.

Kent Halliburton
Kent is the CEO and Co-Founder of Sazmining and a veteran in the renewable energy sector. Kent led sales and business development for a publicly traded solar energy company, managing a team of over 100 people with a 9-figure sales target.
William Szamosszegi
Will is an entrepreneur and Bitcoin evangelist focused on improving humanity's relationship with time, money & energy. Will is the recipient of Bucknell's venture grant, a finalist in SXSW's Digital Entrepreneurship Tournament, a Forbes Fellow, and a regular speaker on Bitcoin mining at conferences across the globe.

Bob Burnett
Bob Burnett is the founder and CEO of Barefoot Mining, a company focused on developing "horse-class" mining sites, and he is a vocal proponent for expanding diversity in Bitcoin mining site geography, scale, and energy sources. Bob has spent over 35 years as a technologist, including 13 years at Gateway, Inc., a Fortune 200 personal computer company, where he led the company's product development efforts as Chief Technical Officer. He has founded several companies in the Bitcoin mining space and is an evangelist and educator for Bitcoin and its importance to the world's future. He has a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee.
Troy Cross
Troy is a professor of philosophy and humanities at Reed College and a Fellow at the Bitcoin Policy Institute. He speaks and writes extensively about the intersection between Bitcoin, Bitcoin mining, energy, and environmentalism. Troy is a proven thought leader in the Bitcoin industry, pioneering a new approach to mining sustainability. Troy holds a PhD in philosophy from Rutgers University.
Brandon Quittem
Brandon specializes in distilling complex information into simple, actionable intelligence. As VP of Revenue, he is currently building Swan Bitcoin, allowing users to accumulate Bitcoin with automatic recurring and instant buys. He has experience as a Partner with Decrypt[Ed] and a Bitcoin Analyst & Researcher with Invest in Blockchain Media. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Sales, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Minnesota.
Yujia Zhai
Yujia is a CPA with extensive finance and capital markets expertise, particularly within the Bitcoin sector. He is the founder and CEO of Orange Group, a prominent firm dedicated to providing financial advisory services to Bitcoin companies. Before Orange Group, Yujia played a pivotal role at The Blueshirt Group as a Managing Director, significantly expanding their Bitcoin franchise. His broad background features a range of roles in accounting and finance, including Big 4 audit, investor relations, sell-side equity research, and strategic, corporate, and commercial finance positions within a Fortune 500 company.
Benoy Thanjan
Benoy is a seasoned strategist in solar energy investment and development, leading the renewable energy industry for the past decade. He has extensive experience in all aspects of renewable energy projects, including site evaluation, permitting, financing, sourcing equipment, and negotiating long-term energy and environmental commodities agreements. Currently, he is the CEO and Founder of Reneu Energy, which identifies solar opportunities for developers and investors and provides analytical support. Benoy holds a BS in Finance/Economics from NYU Stern School of Business and an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University.
Scott Kerbel
Scott is a venture investor specializing in crypto and derivatives, working at the intersection of emerging financial technologies, digital assets, and derivatives. He advises innovative crypto, blockchain, payments, and fintech entities. With two decades of experience as Managing Director at HSBC Securities, Scott is now a Partner at Knickerbocker Financial Group, a funding and advisory platform for fast-growing companies. He holds a degree from The George Washington University.
Paul Wehner
Paul is a serial entrepreneur specializing in financial technology. He is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of SFB Technologies, a venture-backed company selected to lead the development of the world's first decentralized legal tender, the SOV, for the Republic of the Marshall Islands and previously led Product Management for the e-commerce vertical of Endeca Technologies which Oracle purchased for $1.1 billion. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from MIT.
Cary Hayes
Cary specializes in sales leadership, team empowerment, and strategic business development, with a proven ability to close deals and motivate sales teams to exceed goals. His experience includes roles as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Clean Focus, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Pristine Sun LLC, and Director of Business Development at REC Solar. Currently, he is the President of the American division of REC Group, the largest residential solar panel provider in the United States. Cary holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado State University.
